The NEW Medical Blister & Device Cleaning Station (MB&DCS) is the most advanced contamination control system available for the medical device and manufacturing industry. MB&DCS provides outstanding performance to eliminate contamination in the medical packaging or device manufacturing industries. This system is capable of neutralizing charged materials traveling through the operation field. The MB&DCS system is available in multiple configurations that increase the system’s capability for contamination control: Standard System includes single or dual stainless steel vacuum hoods with 2 air tubes and 2 static bars each, mounted on and under a workbench. Hand-crank or linear actuated height adjustment. White plastic, Cleanroom compatible work surface. Collector with HEPA filtration that prevents recontamination. Optional overhead fan filter module with HEPA filter to create a Class 100 environment.
