The XCH web and sheet cleaner for industrial films and papers utilises tacky rolls to remove surface contamination in many critical web processes. Teknek's latest innovation in tacky rolls is Nanocleen technology which has unique, silicone-free cleaning and antistatic properties delivering the highest cleaning performance in the industry. Integrating the XCH web cleaner with static elimination (Optional) in your lamination, coating, slitting and printing process lines is proven to dramatically reduce expensive unplanned rework and downtime, and increase production yields. The XCH web and sheet cleaner is a heavy duty work horse for serious converting processes. The XCH Web and Sheet cleaner is a combination of excellent design and robust construction. Key Features • Single / double sided cleaning • Side access to both elastomer and adhesive rolls • Optional covers • Full integration, mechanical – electrical – speedmatching • State of the art airshaft technology Cleaning one or both sides Available as a single or double sided cleaner the XCH can be positioned either on an existing diverter roller or mounted as a stand alone double side unit. Side Access Access to the elastomer cleaning rollers and the pre-sheeted adhesive rolls is a must have feature for many applications. Side access is achieved using robust, steel telescopic slides which project clear of the line. In the closed position they accurately control the positioning of all the rollers. Covers Many applications require machines to have covers. Manufactured from stainless steel they provide the necessary guarding, and access to the relevant parts of the machine where required. Integration The ability to be mounted in various positions, the XCH design takes into account the need for brackets with pre-tapped holes and access to mounting extrusion. Full electrical integration is achieved by means of line running signals and optional speed matching. Airshaft Technology The use of high performance state of the art airshafts within the XCH range ensure the operator can replace the adhesive roll with ease. Consistency in the position of the adhesive roll is achieved by accurately controlled internal pneumatic pressures.
