CH2 - Single sided web cleaner
The CH2 Cleaning Head is a single sided sheet and web cleaner. This universal cleaning head can be used in a wide range of applications from sheet cleaning in the graphics industry to web cleaning in the PCB and medical industry.
This versatile single sided head can be fully integrated into many processes giving the customer an automatic cleaning solution.

Cleaning Technology
Available with all types of Teknek cleaning elastomers including the new Nanocleen core, the CH2 can be tailored to all materials and processes.
Integration
Simple mounting of the CH2 is possible by means of a single square bar. The actuation to bring the machine on and off is achieved by pneumatics controlled by an electrical signal.
Covers
Fully encased within a painted steel cover with front facing viewing screens, the CH2 offers complete protection to the operator in all applications.
Anti Static
This feature is selectable as an optional extra when ordering the machine. Positioned directly after the CH2 the system removes a vast percentage of static charge on the material leaving it clean and static free ready for the next critical process.
